Meet the Coaches! All coaches are members of USA Swimming, Inc., the governing body for the Olympics, and the American Swim Coaches Association (ASCA). Coaches have certifications for life saving, first aid and CPR. Coaches consistently receive continuing education from USA Swimming and ASCA on the latest training methods.

Age Group Coach - Greg Temple
This is Gregs second year as age group coach for DMSF. Previously he was an assistant coach for Ozark and Parkview High schools in Springfield, MO and assisted at Missouri State Aquatics. Greg is currently a level II certified coach by ASCA.

Greg swam for DMSF for 12 years, (ages 6-18). During his DMSF career, he was a twotime state high school state runner up and six-time NISCA high school All-American. He was also a USA Swimming Sectional finalist and US Open qualifier. He received a scholarship from Southwest Missouri State University, (now Missouri State University) and continued to swim in college while completing his degree in finance and real estate. During his collegiate career, he was a five-time conference champion (Missouri Valley Conference or Sun Belt Conference) and two-time NCAA Division I provisional qualifier. He set three school records and three conference records and was team captain during his senior season (06-07). He also made the dean's list three times while swimming.

Assistant Age Group Coach - Jeff Kubat
Jeff Kubat is a veteran of DMSF, swimming for 12 years. He jumped into the Bronze Group at the age of six and swam his way through high school. He is a four-time NISCA high school All-American and was part of four state championship teams for Dowling Catholic High School (99-03). After high school, Jeff swam for the University of Iowa, where he was a letter winner for three years and graduated with a B.S. in Psychology.
