Welcome to Our Site
Des Moines Swimming Federation has a rich history of athletic achievement in the sport of swimming. Our program has been in the Des Moines area for nearly 30 years. Established in 1982, the club’s focus has been developing novice and elite level swimmers of all ages and is proud to have over 130 state records today.

As a USA Swimming Club, we provide an environment where kids can have fun and meet new friends while improving their skills to be great swimmers. Skills they will take with them for the rest of their life. Whether your goal is to swim in high school or to move on to swim in college, we offer a program that works to reach each athletes individual potential.

We welcome you if you are new to the site and are happy with those returning as members of our club. Our site is not only a great resource for keeping up-to-date with practice and meet schedules but we are proud to offer you swimming news that highlights our achievements. DMSF also prides itself on being the swimming source, providing you with the pulse on national USA swimming. Many Olympian swimmers began their career with a local USA swimming club just like DMSF. So come on, get swimming!
